Future leading the way in digital editions

Bath-based publishing giant Future have announced digital edition sales of 150,000 copies of its magazines across the entire portfolio, with the digital edition of T3 the cream of the crop, according to New Media Age.

The digital version of the popular gadget magazine has claimed number one spot for highest grossing app on Apple’s Newsstand selling on average 14,223 copies per month from July to December 2011 (according to independent audit from Bright Grahame Murray).

Future is due to release the ABCs (Audited Bureau of Circulation official numbers) for its print magazines later today, but this earlier announcement goes to show how much of an emphasis the publishing firm is putting on its digital editions.
